Konrado.AI Terms of Use

By using Konrado.AI's services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use our service.
1. What We Do
Konrado.AI provides AI-powered hosting support automation. We:
- Automatically handle your customers' support tickets using AI
- Generate technical responses and solutions
- Integrate with your hosting/billing systems
- Learn from support patterns to improve service quality
Important: Our AI responses are automated suggestions, not guaranteed solutions. You remain responsible for all customer interactions and service delivery.
2. How It Works
Your Data
When you use our service, we process:
- Support tickets and chat logs from your customers
- Technical information (domains, server configs, API keys)
- Account and integration data
AI Processing
- We use third-party AI services (primarily Azure OpenAI's GPT models) to generate responses
- We send only necessary data to AI providers
- AI providers process data solely for response generation
- We don't control AI accuracy or availability
3. Your Responsibilities
You must:
- Own or have rights to all data you share with us
- Comply with privacy laws for your customers
- Inform customers about our AI processing (if required by law)
- Review all AI-generated responses before sending to customers
- Maintain appropriate licenses for integrated systems
You cannot:
- Use our service for illegal activities
- Share your account credentials
- Reverse engineer our technology
- Overload our systems with excessive requests
4. Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Provide the service with reasonable uptime
- Protect your data with industry-standard security
- Process data only as instructed by you
- Notify you of security incidents affecting your data
We don't guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability
- Accuracy of AI-generated responses
- Compatibility with all third-party systems
- Error-free service operation
5. Data Protection
Your Role (Data Controller)
You remain the controller of your customer data. You're responsible for:
- Legal basis for data processing
- Customer privacy rights
- Compliance with privacy laws
- Data accuracy and lawfulness
Our Role (Data Processor)
We process data on your behalf according to your instructions and applicable laws.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security monitoring
- Incident response procedures
6. Third-Party Services
We use various sub-processors to deliver our service, including:
- AI providers (OpenAI, etc.)
- Cloud infrastructure providers
- Analytics and monitoring services
- Payment processors
All sub-processors are contractually required to protect your data.
7. Service Limitations
AI Technology Limits
- AI responses may be inaccurate or inappropriate
- AI services may be temporarily unavailable
- Response quality depends on input data quality
- AI technology is rapidly evolving and may change
Service Availability
- We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability
- Maintenance windows may require temporary service interruption
- Third-party dependencies may affect service availability
8. Payment Terms
- Fees are due as specified in your subscription
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- No refunds for partial months or unused services
- Price changes require 30 days notice
9. Liability Limits
Our Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
What We're Not Liable For
We're not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
- AI response accuracy or appropriateness
- Third-party service failures
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights
Exceptions
These limits don't apply to:
- Our willful misconduct or gross negligence
- Data breaches caused by our failure to implement required security
- Violation of confidentiality obligations
10. Indemnification
You agree to protect us from claims arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of privacy or other laws
- Misuse of our service
- Your customer relationships and data handling

- Our violation of data protection laws
- Security breaches caused by our negligence
11. Termination
Either party can terminate:
- For convenience with 30 days notice
- Immediately for material breach
- Immediately for non-payment
Upon termination:
- Your access ends immediately
- We'll delete your data within 30 days
- Outstanding fees remain due
- Survival clauses continue to apply
12. Changes to Service and Terms
Service Changes:
- We may modify features with reasonable notice
- We may discontinue features that are no longer viable
- Critical changes will be communicated in advance
Terms Changes:
- We may update these Terms periodically
- Material changes require 30 days notice
- Continued use means acceptance of changes
13. Intellectual Property
- You keep ownership of your data and content
- We keep ownership of our technology and improvements
- You grant us limited rights to use your data for service delivery
- Neither party may use the other's trademarks without permission
14. Miscellaneous
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, plus your subscription agreement, constitute the complete agreement between us.
Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Assignment
We may assign these Terms. You may not assign without our consent.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
